Booth Rentals

ArtWalk provides for booth rentals for non-profits, artists and food vendors at each event. Below are the guidelines for non-profits and artists. Please read the guidelines below because they have been recently updated. You will be notified by phone or mail about the status of your application.

Artists/Non-profits	$45 per event, $115 for all three events
For-profits	$75 per event, or $185 for all three event
Tent rental	$25 per event, $65 for all three events First come, first served—limited availability

Booth Guidelines

ArtWalk provides space and one table.
Tents may be rented for an additional $25 per event with limited availability.
If you are interested in music at your booth you must contact ArtWalk first. ArtWalk has scheduled performances that limit the use of music at the booths. Music at booths must be approved by ArtWalk prior to the event.
The only sales allowed at ArtWalk non-food booths is art. If you are selling art you must have your own sales tax license.
In keeping with our mission and the spirit of the event, all booths must have an ArtWalk theme. For example you can display art, offer a children's art activity or be promoting the visual or performing art. ArtWalk will approve all booths prior to each event. If your booth is not approved your rental fee will be refunded.
Rental fees are non-refundable, other than stated above.

ArtWalk's mission is to promote the cultural arts in historic downtown Longmont. In promoting our mission, ArtWalk solicits various artists of all types to participate in each of the three summer events. While we welcome all applications, ArtWalk reserves the right to determine those that are best suited to our mission and may not accept those that do not meet that mission ArtWalk is a non-profit organization and is not affiliated with any political, religious, or other organization.
